Yes, parks are a excellent place to have the giant games. Although, it is important to check with your Parks and Recreation Department to see if there any permits required. Many parks require proof of insurance.
Rentaga.me offers different style contracts to fit your events needs. We offer anywhere from a self set up customer pick up to fully staffed turn-key event options! Every event is different and procedures for staffing will be in the contract for your event.

Rentaga.me will complete a site inspection in advance of your event to address any power and space concerns. If there is inadequate power available, Games Galore rents generators to provide power at your event.
Cancelations and reschedules can be a huge disappointment, but we understand unfortunate circumstances. A 50% deposit is required at the time of reservation. Balance payment is required prior to start of event. A reservation can only be cancelled 30 days prior to the event. If cancelled within 30 days of the event date, all money collected will be kept on file as a credit to be used later. Credits are good for 53 weeks after the event date.
In the event of heavy rain or high winds, the event may be postponed if it is determined at the start of the event. Any additional travel charges will be added to the balance payment taken at the start of the postponement date. Lessee is not required to pay the balance of the original contract and any additional travel charges until the service of the event is performed.

We recommend booking at least 1 month before your event. We only have a select time slots available and they fill up fast.
Rentaga.me policy is to drop off and or setup up to one hour prior to your event start time. All set up times will be confirmed one week prior to your event date. Since every event is different pickup will be schedule on the contract.
There is a 50% cancellation fee (based on the total amount due) for any cancellation (no fee for rain). The reason for this is that we are securing not only the legnth of time of your party rental, but also the hour before and after your event for travel and setup. In Addition, we are turning potential business away in order to honor the reservation. Our goal is to make sure that your party is covered with the highest quality trackless train and to make your event memorable.
We can play on just about any flat surface (asphalt, cement, gravel and grass).The surface must be firm and dry, we will not play on muddy conditions. If you live on a hilly location, please inform us to see if we can operate for your situation.
